Do you like challenges, French culture and team games? Then the Défi Inter-Alliances 2024 is for you! 🤩 It’s time to show your passion for the French language and Francophone cultures… and proudly represent the Alliance Française de Lyon at the international finals in Paris!
👉 What is the Défi Inter-Alliances?
The Défi Inter-Alliances is a general culture competition 100% in French, where learners from all over the world come together to answer exciting questions about the French language and Francophone cultures. The prize: an enriching adventure, a trip to Paris, and great prizes! 🎁
Les grandes étapes du concours :
Local selection in Lyon – Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 11am: 20 questions to test your knowledge and elect our local champion! 💪
National final in Paris – Tuesday, October 1, 2024: The 8 French finalists compete for their place in the international final. 🏆
International final in Paris – Tuesday, October 1, 2024: Our French finalist takes on the 6 other finalists from Alliances Françaises around the world.
The final duel – The overall winner of the international final will face off against the finalist from the room to determine THE champion of the 2024 Inter-Alliance Challenge!
Why participate?
Because it’s fun, it’s free, and it’s an unforgettable experience! And for our local champion, in addition to the trip to Paris, a dinner for two in an authentic Lyonnais bouchon is up for grabs! 🍷🍽️
🔎 Comment participer ?
To try your luck, simply :
- Be enrolled in a group French course at the Alliance Française de Lyon in September and October 2024
- Be at least 18 years old on September 18, 2024
- Have a minimum level of A2N2 in French
- Registration is 100% free
- The competition will take place face-to-face via an interactive app, and it’s all played out on your smartphone (we love technology 📱). You’ll see the questions projected on a large screen, and the Internet Internet connection will be provided by the Alliance Française de Lyon.
